CANCELLATION
& RAINCHECK POLICIES
Reservation
deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!
All
cancellations must be called in the day before your
rental
or between 6-8:00AM on the morning of your rental.
Here
at Acadiana Fun Jumps, we do our best to accommodate all
customers in times of unforeseen weather and/or
emergency conditions. For this reason, we stay tuned day
and night to the local weather conditions in and
approaching our area. We also have alternative amusement
rental items available that the customers can use
indoors or under a covered area should they want to
apply their deposit towards something else. We ask that
all customers do their part and stay informed as to any
weather conditions approaching their area. In order for
us to better serve all customers, we have developed what
we feel is a fair policy for cancellations and
rainchecks. Sometimes rain may be occurring in one town
but not the town right next to it. For this reason WE DO
NOT CANCEL DUE TO WEATHER, this decision is left solely
to the customer. Please feel free to give the office a
call should you have any questions regarding our
policies. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
$25
RESERVATION DEPOSIT (ALL CUSTOMERS):
Required within 48 hours from the time the order is
taken to guarantee reservation (24 hrs. if order is
placed the same week as the rental). Minimum $25 deposit
per order of $100 or less, or 25% of total balance
(whichever is greater). NON-REFUNDABLE. If cancelled due
to weather or emergency we will hold deposit for up to
one (1) year from rental date in a raincheck file. No
refunds will be given once equipment contract is signed,
so please inform the office in advance if cancelling
your rental.
CANCELLING
A RENTAL (DELIVERY):
Customer should call the office by 5:00PM the day
before their rental to check on their scheduled delivery
time. In order for all customers to be delivered on time
we occasionally deliver several hours in advance of
scheduled rental time. The customer is responsible for
notifying the office BETWEEN 6-8AM OR BEFORE THE DRIVER
DELIVERS ON THE DAY OF THEIR RENTAL if they need to
cancel the rental. Once the equipment is delivered there
is NO REFUND. All decisions to cancel due to weather or
any other reason need to be made BEFORE the scheduled
delivery time, even if the equipment is delivered early.
We ask that the customer be informed of all weather
conditions approaching by watching or listening to their
local news. If a verbal acceptance of the delivery is
given over the phone on the morning of the delivery and
the customer declines the rental when the driver gets to
the rental location, the customer loses their deposit
and no raincheck will be given.
CANCELLING
A RENTAL (DO-IT-YOURSELF):
Customer should call the office by 5:00PM the day
before their rental to confirm pick-up and return times
of their equipment. The customer is responsible for
notifying the office BEFORE THEY PICK-UP THEIR EQUIPMENT
if they need to cancel the rental. Once the equipment is
picked up there is NO REFUND. All decisions to cancel
due to weather or any other reason need to be made
BEFORE the scheduled pick-up time. We ask that the
customer be informed of all weather conditions
approaching by watching or listening to their local
news. No refunds and/or rainchecks can be given once a
customer accepts and picks up the rental equipment. If a
customer fails to pick-up and/or return their equipment
within the times specified, they lose any and all
deposits and/or payments made. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR
RAINCHECKS WILL BE GIVEN TO NO-SHOWS. If a customer
decides NOT to pick-up their equipment they MUST inform
the office before their scheduled pick-up time, not
after...no exceptions!
